We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hey@bymeandcrew.com.au. You will be asked to provide some photos of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
**If the product is faulty or incorrect, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item. We will send you a shipping label and you just have to drop it off your local post office. However, if there's a change of mind of the product or design, there will be a return label fee.
