What is GEWEL™ Semi-cured Gel Nail? 

GEWEL™ is a semi-cured gel nail sticker. It’s 60 % cured on the sheet and finishes curing under a UV light in just 60 seconds, giving you a glossy, salon-level finish at home.

Can I extend my nails?

For best results, stick GEWEL™ to your natural nail length—it helps them last 2 to 4 weeks. You can also apply them over nail tips if you want extra length.

How many uses from one pack?

Each pack is designed for one use, but if your nails are short you might get two uses from a sheet of 20. Some customers even use the larger sizes for pedicures.

How long will it take to get my nails done?

First time might take 15 to 30 minutes. After a few tries, you'll be able to do it in under 10 minutes once you know which stickers fit your nails.

How long will it last?

GEWEL™ can last at least two weeks—or longer—depending on how you handle them.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our stickers are cruelty-free and vegan-free, so you can wear them confidently.

Does GEWEL™ work with any UV light?

Yes, any UV lamp of at least 6W will work. Just cure for 60 seconds for full adhesion.

Are GEWEL made for kids?

We recommend supervision for kids under 11. GEWEL™ isn’t for kids under 5—small parts and chewing risks. Plus, sizes range from 8 mm to 18 mm—so only use if they fit safely.

Does GEWEL work on short nails?

Yes—short nails are actually ideal. GEWEL™ sticks best to clean, dry nails of any size.

Does GEWEL work on wide nails?

Yes, the stickers go up to 18 mm and can be stretched a bit to fit wider nails.

Please email us at hey@bymeandcrew.com.au with your order number and to help resolve things quickly, we request you to include 2-3 clear photos of the item, so we can resolve this as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

You will received a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. if you have not heard anything after 3 business days since you placed your order, please reach out to us and we will help you look into it.

Tracking number doesn’t work

If your tracking number starts with ENV, your order was sent via letter mail. This method doesn't include tracking and is delivered directly to your mailbox, not your doorstep.
 

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. If it’s been longer, feel free to get in touch at hey@bymeandcrew.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us (put ‘URGENT’ in the subject). If it’s already shipped, we’ll try to reroute it with the courier.

My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered

Sometimes tracking shows delivered when it actually arrives the next day. If it’s still missing 3 business days later, reach out and we’ll investigate.

Order returned to sender

If your order comes back because of an address issue or failed delivery, you can either:

  • Pay a reship fee* to resend, or
  • Request a refund (minus that same shipping fee).

*Reship fees may vary depending on your location

Returns & Exchanges

Return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and with their original tags and packaging. If you are unsure about the design, please do not open the packaging and contact us first, as we won't be able to provide a refund/exchange once the packaging is opened. 
  • Photos and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) are required.
  • Clearance/Run Out items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or abnormal use are not eligible for refund, exchange, or repair.
  • If returning an item from a bundle, the original bundle pricing will no longer apply.
  • Change-of-mind returns: a return label fee will apply.

How to start a return?

Email hey@bymeandcrew.com.au with photos of the item and your receipt. We’ll send a return label (free for faulty or wrong items) plus instructions. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.

How long until refund or exchange is processed?

Once we see your return receipt photo, we will start processing immediately. If you don’t have the receipt, we wait until the item gets back to our warehouse.

How long until funds return to account?

You’ll get an email once we’ve processed your refund. Banks usually take 2–5 business days. If it’s longer than 5 days, contact your bank or card company.
