Prep
Clean nails with an alcohol wipe.
Start with clean, completely dry nails. Shape your natural nails, then gently push back your cuticles and clear any loose cuticle off the nail without cutting or scraping the skin.
Wipe each nail with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry completely. Skip hand cream and cuticle oil until your mani is finished, and keep your fingertips off the nail.
Crew tip Pick your sizes before your final prep wipe, so you can go straight from clean to stick.

Size & stick
Choose your size and stick it on. Avoid skin; size down if between sizes.
The right sticker covers your nail without touching skin. Leave a small gap at the cuticle and check both sides before pressing down. A sticker sitting on skin can lift as your hands move, and going wider won't make it stronger.
Crew tip Check the fit finger by finger. Your left and right hands may need different sizes.

Smooth
Press down the edges with the wooden stick.
Press the centre first, then smooth out towards the sides and tip to push out any bubbles or wrinkles. Give the cuticle edge, both sides and any curved areas a little extra pressure so it sits flush.
Crew tip Spend a few extra seconds on every border. A sealed edge stops hair catching underneath later.

Cure
Cure under the UV lamp for 60 seconds. Repeat once.
Any UV lamp 6W+ works. Keep your fingers spread so the light reaches every nail evenly, and cure your thumbs separately if you need to, nail facing the light.
Crew tip Pop unused stickers back in their packaging before you switch the lamp on. Keep them out of sunlight so they stay flexible for next time.

Trim & shape
Trim the excess and file to shape.
Keep it to your natural nail length. An unsupported overhang can catch, chip or lift. File with downward strokes only, never pulling the file up against the sticker.
Crew tip Check the tip from underneath too. Small overhangs are easier to spot from that angle.

How long does it take to apply gel nail stickers?
15–30 minutes your first time. After a few goes, you'll be done in about 10.
How long do GEWEL™ gel nail stickers last?
At least 2 weeks, with no chipping and no damage to your natural nails. Keep them to your natural nail length for 2–4 weeks of wear.
Do I need a UV lamp for gel nail stickers?
Yes, just like salon gel polish. 60 seconds under a UV lamp cures GEWEL™ 100%. Any UV lamp 6W or more works, and we recommend curing twice.
How do I remove gel nail stickers without damage?
Apply cuticle oil & remover around the edges, gently wedge the wooden stick under the sticker, and after about 10 seconds it pops right off. Finish with an alcohol wipe. No acetone soaks, no drilling.
